Welcome to the EPIBOOST project Quiz!

This Quiz is part of the Dissemination and Communication strategy of project EPIBOOST. As such, your name, email and occupation will be saved (currently, due to plugin limitations, your IP are also saved). These data will be used for occasional contacts concerning the dissemination of project activities, as well as for the purpose of reporting to the funding agency. Data are accessible during this period only to the persons within the EPIBOOST team as allowed by the responsible for the data processing, Joana Pereira (project scientific coordinator). Data will be exclusively used for the previously described purposes - Lawful under GDPR Article 6 (1) (a) -, not being shared with other parties than the aforementioned ones under any circumstances. The data will be saved on UAVR's ICT services servers, with access control and automated backups, and will be kept up to 6 months after the end of the project.
You can, at any time, exercise your rights on what data protection matters - rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition - by contacting the responsible for the data processing, Joana Pereira, via the email cesam-epiboost@ua.pt. The University of Aveiro has a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who ensures compliance of the processing of personal data with the legislation in force, and is available through the email address epd@ua.pt. If you think that, somehow, your rights are not being respected, you may submit a claim by filling in the online form at the CNPD - National Commission for Data Protection’s website (https://www.cnpd.pt/en/).
