EPIBOOST 1st annual meeting

The first annual meeting of the project was held following an innovative format, both because it was a hybrid event, allowing in-person participation by the team members from UAVR, and because it was split into two days one week apart.
The hybrid format for this meeting was agreed among Partners for its sustainability benefits, both concerning environmental aspects and budget. Additionally, it allowed for the advisory board members to easily join the meeting without travel constraints, as well as recordings allowed them to revisit the discussions at suitable time slots.
The splitting in two days was made following the agenda constraints of the partners, but also allowing to concentrate the discussion on the progress regarding training and capacitation on the first day, with an enlarged set of participants from all partners involved in these activities; in the second day, aspects related to the steering and administration of the project and on the cooperation with other EU-funded projects, were rather focused, with a more limited set of participants involved.
